With immense gratitude, I stand before you to begin my second term as MAHIR President for 2024-2025. It is an honor and privilege to lead this incredible community of passionate and dedicated housekeeping professionals.
As we embark on this next chapter of our remarkable journey, I want to take a moment to reflect on the outstanding achievements of the past year:
- Engaging and impactful monthly activities: We've collaborated with members and vendors to organize a variety of successful events, including workshops, training sessions, networking opportunities, and social gatherings. Each activity fostered growth, knowledge sharing, and camaraderie among our members.
- Housekeeping Malaysia 2023: This landmark competition, the first of its kind, brought together hospitality housekeeping experts from across the nation to showcase their talent. A resounding success, it raised the bar for professionalism and service excellence in the industry.
These accomplishments are a testament to the dedication and commitment of our amazing MAHIR team and members. Together, we have built a strong and vibrant community that empowers housekeeping professionals to excel.
