He completed his MBA, which provided him with a strong foundation in business management and strategic thinking. Additionally, he pursued a Diploma in Hospitality, equipping himself with the necessary skills and knowledge to thrive in the hotel industry. Currently, Yogendran is further expanding his expertise by pursuing a Diploma in Forensic Psychology, demonstrating his continuous pursuit of personal and professional development.
Throughout his career in the hotel industry, Yogendran has held various roles, each marked by his exceptional performance and dedication. He began his journey as an Executive Housekeeper for Compass Hospitality, where he honed his skills in managing and overseeing the housekeeping operations of the organization. His attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional service set him apart, earning him recognition and respect within the industry.
Yogendran’s exceptional talent and leadership qualities soon led him to take on more challenging roles. He served as the Operations Manager with Arenaa Hotels Asia Holdings, where he showcased his ability to effectively manage and coordinate hotel operations. His dedication and drive did not go unnoticed, and he was promoted to the position of Business Development Manager and later to the prestigious role of Resident Manager at The Schuhe Hotel.
In recognition of his outstanding achievements and contributions to the industry, Yogendran was elected as the Vice Secretary of the Malaysian Association of Housekeepers (MAHIR) by his industry peers. This appointment underscored his professional accomplishments and further solidified his reputation as a respected figure in the hospitality industry.
Currently, Yogendran holds the esteemed position of General Manager at Elysium Resorts Malaysia.
