Upcoming Training: The Art of Protocol & VIP Service
Join us for an exclusive two-day professional training designed for hotel industry professionals, especially housekeeping staff, to master the art of protocol, etiquette, and VIP service. Organized by HORECA Academy in collaboration with the Malaysian Association of Housekeepers, this HRD Corp claimable course will be held on 16 & 17 April 2026, from 9.00am to 5.00pm at the Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel & Convention Centre.
Led by distinguished speakers and a renowned facilitator, the program covers essential topics such as royal and VIP guest protocols, personalization, anticipatory service, and hotel security awareness.
